Our process
1. Empathize
In this phase we listen. And we ask questions. We offer 2h for free to best understand what types of learning experiences your company or team needs. Our aim is to find out if and how we can use our experience to provide you and your teams with learnings that are highly practical, insightful and sustainable.
2. Define & Ideate
Based on what we have learned we propose concepts of how we can guarantee the learning experiences have the most positive outcomes for you. Depending on your needs we co-create learning experiences with you or propose a fixed training.
3. Prototype, Test & Build
Then, we build the learning experiences and depending on your needs we also offer to test and iterate it with you or meetup community before giving it in your company.
4. Improve
Based on the feedback we collect we make sure to iterate the learning experience to make it even greater the next time!
