Day 1
Let's get started experiencing and learning Design Thinking by applying it to a real challenge with a real team!
Over the next hours we will make sure your team learns how to dismantle a problem space as well as how to gather information that really matters.
To really make you experience how it is to work in a Design Thinking team, we will also provide you with more hands-on exercise until day 2.
Day 2
Now it's time to learn how to analyze information and extract so-called "nuggets" about the problem space. These are really worthwhile to solve and have the greatest potential to make an impact!
Based on this you learn how to ideate in an efficient way. This includes experiencing the famous double-diamond cycles of diverging and converging.
We end this learning experience with lots of by prototyping a solution, planning testing cycles and celebrating your progress in a pitch style presentation.
